Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. Who we are
HUNGRY4 is run by Hungry4 Records LDA, Rua da Emenda 79, 3º, 1200-170 Lisboa, Portugal (NIF 516419986). We are responsible for the personal data processed through this website. For any privacy question, email us at contact@hungry4.io.
2. When you visit this website
Our website is hosted by Framer. When you open a page, your browser automatically sends technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page you requested and the time of the request. Framer uses this to deliver the website and keep it secure.
We use Framer's built-in statistics to count visits and see which pages are read. We only see totals, never individual visitors.
This website does not use cookies and does not store anything on your device. If we ever add tools that need cookies, such as advertising pixels, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Some text on this website uses the Geist font, which is loaded from Google Fonts. When it loads, your browser connects to Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address.
3. When you contact us
If you email us, we use your name, email address and message to answer you and to handle your request, for example a booking, a partnership or a question about an event. Our email runs on Microsoft 365.
4. Tickets and events
Tickets for our events are sold by ticketing partners such as Shotgun, Resident Advisor and Xceed. When you buy a ticket, the partner's own terms and privacy policy apply.
As the event organiser, we receive your name, email address and order details from the ticketing partner. We use them to run the event, for example for guest lists, entry and important updates about your event. If you agreed to it, we also use your email address to send you news about upcoming events. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
5. Links to other services
This website links to Instagram, YouTube, SoundCloud, Bandcamp and our ticketing partners. Those services are only contacted when you click a link, and their own privacy policies apply from then on.
6. Why we process your data
Running the website, keeping it secure and counting visits: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Answering your messages: steps you asked us to take, or our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Running events you bought tickets for: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Event news by email: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Invoices and accounting: our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
7. Service providers
Trusted providers process data on our behalf: Framer (website hosting and statistics), Microsoft (email), Google (Google Fonts), and the providers of our customer database and email newsletters. Some of them may process data outside the European Union. Where they do, they use the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. How long we keep data
Technical data from website visits: only as long as our hosting provider needs it to deliver the website and keep it secure.
Emails: as long as needed to handle your request and our working relationship.
Ticket and event data: as long as needed for the event and our legal obligations. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by Portuguese law.
9. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Just email contact@hungry4.io.
You can also file a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.
